When you don’t forgive others, you carry a need to fix that person, to make them change or to make them pay for the way that they have hurt you. Eventually unforgiveness will turn to bitterness.
What should you do if you have unforgiveness towards someone who hurt you...?
Colossians 3:13b (ESV): forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. When you let go it is so...freeing and you will have peace.
